Having a tough time with 12 year old daughter?

my daughter is 12 and does not want to listen and shows not alot of respect, she is restricted to our house for a month as she has done several things against what I have told her and has made some bad choices she talks back and has broken her restriction rules 3 times leaving the house while I am at work and having friends over some that are not good to be around I love her very much I try to talk to her and she says she doesnt care that she and that I need to stay out of her social life I told her no I will not is any other parent going tru this with their 12-13 year old? Thanks
