Help! Chi Hair Straightener!?

The other day while using my chi, it just stopped working all the sudden. I didn't drop it or anything it just stopped. I tried it in different outlets and tried pressing the test and reset ons but nothing worked. The red light doesn't come on and it doesn't heat up. Does anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks!
