Feel depressed , or feel melancholy , nervous ? I have my own particular way - I have made list of all my strengths as perceived by me like I am strong , intelligent , focused , go getter etc and also my weaknesses like too much emotional , sensitive , habit of pulling leg etc. When I feel low I review my strengths and see if I can have some more and reinforce my belief in my strengths and look at my weaknesses and imagine how I can convert some of them into strengths or eliminate them. Any suggestions ?
