What happened to Rosie O'Donnell?

She used to be so jolly. I used to like The Rosie O'Donnell show, she was even called the Queen of Nice then I think. but now she just seems like a fat, angry . I respect her activism and such but she seems to be too abrasive these days. thoughts?
