Can anyone tell me how to make REAL corn bread stuffing?

JUST corn bread stuffing. without sausage or oysters or anything else in it? my wife grandfather used to make it for her but it's hard to find a good one. everyone tells me to add all this crap to it i'd realy like an old recipe, from like someones grand parents or other old family recipe. my aunt used to make it and put chicken in it.
