Do colleges really put much emphasis on extracurricular activities?

I have a 4.0 GPA and I want to go an ivy league school. Besides grades, I feel like I don't have anything to offer. I take all the hardest cles offered including AP cles. I'm in a bunch of clubs-art guild, NHS, scholar's bowl, etc. I used to play basketball freshman and sopre year. I took the PSAT and did pretty well for it, so with some extra work I think I can do well in the ACT and SAT in april and may. I'm pretty sure that I will need a scholarship to go to an ivy league. I know that ivy leagues put a lot of emphasis on other things besides grades. I feel like i would just be an ordinary applicant, do I have a chance?
