I think I only eat 1000 calories?
I dont know what the calorie content is, but it's very "healthy". Now, the only thing I can speak to is if it's enough. If you lead a relatively inactive lifestyle, then this should be fine, as long as you don't feel like you're starving yourself. Don't focus so much on calorie content because by your measurements, you don't need to focus on that buy rather nutrition intake like protein, sodium, vitamins minerals etc...Now if you have an active lifestyle I highly doubt this is enough and your body will actually go into starvation mode and start gaining weight. It acts like every calorie could be the last and saves it instead of using it as fuel. So, just remember to keep your metabolism going with small snacks through out the day and keep on eating healthy, just don't starve yourself.
