Prelude 2.3l engine work in a 95 integra?

The 2.3 has fiber reinforced cylinder walls that cause the to start burning oil much sooner than the factory b18 engine that comes in it...plus an integra transmisson wont bolt up to a h23 and the trans for a h23 uses cables to shift and the car made with a hard steel shift rod....they have ways of putting H-engines but I have never seen anyone put an h23 in an integra because the large cost they usually do the much more powerfull h22 VTEC....plus the H23 is much heavyer and less fuel economy so the car is probably slower and handles worse than a stock integra
